Step 1: Comprehensive Athlete Evaluation
Before training, every athlete completes five private 30-minute evaluation sessions to set up an optimized program:
- Movement Screen – Assess mobility, stability, and biomechanics to identify strengths, limitations, and injury risks.
- Strength Testing – Evaluate key lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, pull-ups, etc.) to establish a performance baseline and tailor progression.
- Speed & Agility Assessment – Test sprint mechanics, acceleration, footwork, and reaction time.
- Programming Overview – Bridge the gap between the weight room and on-field performance with a personalized training plan.
- Exercise Review & Final Adjustments – Ensure technique, reinforce injury prevention strategies, and refine movement efficiency.
Step 2: RX Athlete Training – Designed for Sport Performance
Athletes can train 1x, 2x, or 3x per week based on their sport’s demands.
- 1x Per Week – Strength & Conditioning customized for your sport.
- 2x Per Week – Strength & Conditioning + 1 Speed & Agility session to improve acceleration, change of direction, and overall quickness.
- 3x Per Week – Strength & Conditioning + 1 Speed & Agility + Unlimited Compression Sleeve Therapy for recovery and muscle health.
